Reporters Without Boarders is reporting that Zhang Shegpi was arrested on November 26 because he is a member of the Underground Christian Church in China and because he recently posted articles on the Internet about China's recent arrests of Christians who are part of the "banned Christian Church."
The Chinese government says he has divulged "state secrets" because he has been posting about the crackdown on Christians.
