Illegal Oil Vouchers - The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) has an article by Dr. Nimrod Raphaeli that lists the companies and people who received oil vouchers from Saddam in exchange for services and goods in violation of the U.N. sanctions.
The article compiles the names and amount of money that each received. I was struck by the number from Russia. It gives a glimpse into why Russia and France, to name just two, were in opposition to removing Saddam.
