Surveillance cameras at the Democratic National Convention, ostensibly used for protection against terrorist attacks, will be connected to Washington D.C. work stations for the gathering of information like license plates and for facial recognition.

And it appears some of Teresa Heinz Kerry's monies, via her philanthropic work, is funding protestors of the Republican National Convention. One such group is called the "The Ruckus Society," whose past achievement was causing a ruckus at the World Trade Organization meetings in 1999. They are now training people to be just as much a nuisance at the GOP Convention.
