Flush Hollywood. - All the news about Nicole Kidman's new movie, 'Birth,' where she stars with Lauren Bacall is about Bacall telling a reporter that Kidman is not a screen legend.
But in The Advertiser buried in Tony Bonnici report on this 'screen legend' comment is a startling revelation about a scene in the movie.
The plot of the movie is that the husband of Kidman's character dies and is reincarnated showing up in her life ten years later as a little boy just before her remarriage.
Bonnici reports in the last line of his article:
In the most controversial scene, Kidman and the child are seen naked in a bath together.
Bonnici notes that the screeners booed this film and I hope it was because of this scene.
My question is will Kidman and those involved in filming this scene be brought up on criminal charges for doing such a scene with a child?
My hope is that New Line Cinema will have enough foresight to just throw the reels into the furnace.
The Great Separation continues.
