To me, it's a most encouraging account of the Holy Spirit moving in a Church body to bring sin into the light so that sin can be washed in the Blood of Christ.
Her Church body could have reacted differently and snuffed out the Holy Spirit but it didn't and what I view as one of the most dire sins facing the Church today is on it's way to being overcome by the power of Christ.
Julie sums it up best:
Moral of the story: It's not about just me. Or just you.
It's about Jesus and how we present Him to and represent Him in a broken world.
