Make a difference! - For a long while now, I've been a subscriber to the wireless AMBER Alerts System. What that means is that whenever an AMBER Alert is issued in my area of Florida, I immediately know about it.
Now, I realize that the likelihood of me actually sighting the perpetrator is low as I am not often on the roads, but there is a chance. That small chance is worth getting the text messages.
My main reason for signing up for the alerts is prayer. When they come, I pray. If for no other reason I want to encourage you to sign up to pray too.
Be aware that the alerts may come in the early morning hours. Which is one reason I tend to leave my phone on throughout the night.
