Vacation 2007, here we come.

Bigboy1
Off like a sputtering rocket. - Big Boy is heading us up as you can see. He’s tapping his foot on the hood trying to get us to hurry and leave the church.

We, is my brother and I. He planned his vacation and wants me to come along. So we are off on our way to Georgia to visit our cousin, the pastor of an Advent Christian Church.

Want to know just how geeky we are?

We’re using three, count them, three GPS systems on this trip. LOL!

One is on the my bro’s computer. Microsoft Streets 2005. He’s had that for a number of years now and we’ve used it on all our trips. But he’s been looking for something a bit more small because one of things we like to do is GeoCaching. So two friends have loaned him for this trip their GPS devices. One is a TomTom that we really confused just moments ago because it wanted us to jump onto I4 out of Tampa but that is not the route we want to take. We’re heading for 301 to the I95 on the East Coast of Florida. The thing kept wanting us to turn around and all the way through Tampa.

The other is a Magellan handheld GPS that we’ve played with before doing GeoCaching with our buddy, Jimmy.

And now, we are pulling over at a rest stop for lunch. Yippy!

Surprisingly, I haven’t gotten car sick yet typing on this computer. Whew. Crossing my fingers.

Hopefully we’ll find a spot to grab some free wifi and post to our blogs.

My bro’s blog is wheresphil.com.
